Cușcușul este foarte ușor și rapid de preparat (5 minute). În mod tradițional, cușcușul este gătit cu carne (miel, iepure, pui) sau pește. Este posibil să pregătiți și un excelent cușcuș vegetarian condimentat cu un sos ușor.
