Characteristics:

Weight: 10 kg.

Product obtained by Bodex from healthy, ripe, peeled, and cored apples, protected against oxidation with citric acid (Quantum Satis). The apples are washed, diced, quickly frozen using IQF technology, and sorted. Each batch is checked to ensure the absence of metal contaminants.

Storage instructions: Protect the product before thawing. Do not refreeze after thawing!

Usage: General-purpose product, ideal as an ingredient in various culinary preparations. Not recommended for individuals following diets that exclude this type of product.
